We found Tamara by chance and sometimes think we would have never found our home if it wasn't for her. The market was so competitive and high. For first time homebuyers there were a lot of turn offs, but we knew this is what we needed. Tamara always gave her expertise advice and stayed positive and motivated and we needed that. During the home buying process we found out we were having a baby and not only did Tamara share our excitement but we all kicked it in to high gear to find our home. Thanks for her advice and offer we got an accepted offer without even being the highest bid, I was in shock! On a whim my boyfriend and I decided to look at a foreclosure property, Tamara was the realtor for the showing, we did not purchase that property BUT, I feel we did get Tamara, she was available for any showing we wanted to see AND..she also was the lead motivator when we needed to put my boyfriend's house on the market, Tamara even showed up one morning with her hubby and brother in law to help us paint his house in prep for showing. We got our home..we LOVE it , next is selling my home and I have no worries because I know we have the best realtor and everything will be great.
