What can I say? Ms. Kluver was amazing from the very start! She was attentive and understanding, patient and knowledgeable. She was always just a phone call or text away to answer any questions we had, even on the weekends. She worked around my indecisiveness or whenever we had a change of plans, always ensuring to get us in touch with the right people when necessary. Tamra extremely detailed oriented, creating the ability to trust her process while working with her. She is very responsive and communicated with us, in a way that we can understand and relate to. Tamara is every military family’s dream come true! I contacted Tamera after doing some googling online. We aren’t local to the area but needed to sell our rental property in Wichita Falls. She worked SO hard to get it ready to list and worked diligently with contractors to coordinate updates and repairs. Not only did she get it sold above asking, we have already closed and I just reached out to her a month ago!!!!! She’s friendly, down to earth, a straight shooter, and overall has just been a true blessing to us. After just a few days of working together I felt like I had known her for years! Tamara is a great Realtor that knows the area and market really well. Started working with me while I was still overseas by supplying me with relevant market information. Once I arrived she was very patient until I decided on the house I was going to buy and helped me negotiate a strong offer with almost all my closing costs covered.
