Tamara was such a great help when I went to list my condo, at the time I lived over 200 miles north of Hollywood so I came down to do some touch ups on the unit and meet with her and get some advice and get it listed. Most of my old neighbors had a chuckle when I told them what we were going to ask for it I listed it way over what the last sale was in there only 2 weeks earlier and I’m sure the old neighbors thought it was a pipe dream but Tamara got it and was a cash buyer and only took her a short time to do so and handled the sale with no problems while I was up north in Port St John
I would never hesitate to use her again or to refer her to all in her area , she is so knowledgeable of the real estate and is such a great person and really looks out for her customers.
