As a Florida native and UCF alumna, Tamara Martin is passionate about serving the real estate market in a place she is proud to call home. With over $12 mil in sales in 2021, and more than 500 successful closings with Infinity, she has a proven track record, which brings valuable knowledge and experience to every transaction.
Starting off as a property consultant in 2005, Tamara worked with investment- and second-home buyers of resort communities in Orlando and Daytona Beach, Florida. She traveled throughout the Eastern US to trade shows in major cities such as Boston, New York, and D.C. where she promoted new and pre-construction villas, luxury high-rise condominiums, and single-family vacation homes.
In 2010, she began working as a licensed Realtor® representing residential buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida. With an attractive investor market during this time, she soon became well-versed in negotiating short sale and foreclosure transactions, coordinating property rehabs, and marketing these newly renovated homes to end-user buyers or tenants.
In 2014, she collaborated with another top agent in the development of a property management division with Infinity Real Estate, and currently manages an extensive portfolio of condominiums, townhomes, and single-family homes for her owners in the U.S. and all over the world.
Tamara holds a double bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Accounting and Marketing. She is a member of the Orlando Regional Realtor Association® (ORRA), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR), and National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®)
