Where do I even begin?! Tamara is an absolute rock star!! Within two months of our first meeting, she found us a home that suited our needs and was well within budget! She went to bat for my family every single day without hesitation. She listened to every crazy request and random question with grace and ease. Luckiest meeting! Got in touch with Tamara completely by accident through a real estate listing a friend sent me. She worked with my sometimes obtrusive schedule, showed me a wide variety of homes on short notice, guided me through putting together an offer and throughout the ensuing process. I love my new home and never would have found it without her reccomendation! The͏ wife and I spent years saying we were going to move only to never do it, that is until we met Tamara. She gave us that motivation to finally follow through, and now we live in our dream home. Tamara is highly motivated, caring, and knowledgeable, she has boundless energy. She held our hand throughout the whole process, always ready to answer a question any time of day. She made it a smooth and painless process. Our biggest frustration was after we moved was unboxing the endless boxes and figuring out where everything goes. Tamara͏ is honestly the best agent that I had contacted and was a huge help to me and my family on buying our first home. If it wasn't for her we more than likely would have given up but she fought with us and help get things done and things rolling when crunch time got the ball rolling when we where struggling. She was the realist when it came to telling us what was possible and very knowledgeable to let us know if a house would even work for a VA loan before we offered on it. My husband and I first met Tamara when we just wanted to look at a couple of properties. It was more of a curiosity but we were playing with the idea of moving. We were unsure what was going to happen but everything worked out great. There were many properties in Ohio that we looked at. My husband did warn Tamara that we were in a “just looking” stage and that this may be a long process. Tamara was very honest with us up front and let us know she was a patient person and we are all the better for it. She took a personal interest in trying to find us what we were after, but never hesitated to have us look at a property even if it was only close. We did finally think we were settling on a property near my husband’s place of employement. A second visit was scheduled and we hevery intention of putting an offer on the property. Just before the visit my husband dropped the bombshell, we couldn’t put in an offer on the property as he had been offered a promotion by his company that would require him to relocate to a different state. With the new information my husband reached out to Tamara in order to see what we could pull off. We worked with Tamara to get our current home on the market and did a lot of corresponding with Tamara to make it happen. As we were transitioning we were able to implement a “soft start”, per Tamara’s insight, that showed the exterior of the property to start generating interested. This worked so well that there were over a dozen showings scheduled prior to the first open house and our home actually being on the market. We were able to sell our home in 4 days to our delight. The day we sold in Ohio we actually bought in Indiana and the transition could not have been better. We also need to mention Lexi at Ruoff as she was excellent to work with and answered all of our questions.
If you are looking to buy/sell your home, my husband and I highly recommend Tamara Meeks. It may take a minute, but please listen to her recommendations. She did an excellent job for us and should we ever need someone in the future we will be using Tamara Meeks of Amer-i-made Reality. Thank you for all of your help Tamara!
