Tamara, Amanda and the team did an amazing job throughout our entire home buying process. It was very quick and streamlined and in this market I feel that we got very lucky, but it’s because we had a great team behind us! They were so thoughtful and even gave us a smoke detector that was missing from the home which the sellers said they would replace but forgot. Personal touches like this really made a big impact. They are very familiar with the St charles/Geneva area. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and moves we wanted to make, which is important when you are bidding against many other buyers. Overall we felt very comfortable and confident with the team, and we found our dream home! Thanks everyone!

I've worked with Tamara and her team for over 20 years, through multiple purchases/sales, in markets good, bad and ugly. I honestly cannot imagine why a person would work with anyone else. Tamara and her team are top-flight with their industry and market expertise and know where to look for the hidden issues that could easily be missed or brushed over. We decided that it was time to downsize and sell the house we had lived in for 45 years. Two friends recommended Tamara O’Connor who had helped them sell their houses. We appreciated her knowledge of the selling/buying processes and positive attitude. She was able to explain what seemed like complicated issues in an understandable way for us. If some repairs were necessary, she knew people who had worked with her before that could do it in a professional, top quality, and timely fashion. This took some stress off us, feeling she had our back. Having our house on the market during the fall , winter holidays, and as the feds were raising interest rates was a challenging time to be selling a house.
Every week there were multiple showings with feedback from Tamara after each one. When I hear of someone getting ready to put their house up for sale I refer them to Tamara O’Connor and her team at Premier Living Real Estate. We sold our house for close to what we were asking within three months.

Tamara helped my Dad downsize about 15 years ago, selling his home and buying a smaller townhome. I have lived away from Elgin for 30 years, so when I found myself selling his townhome I called Tamara again. I did speak to another agent but there was no comparison. If you are looking for a house - these are your people!!! Prior to meeting realtors, Tamara O’Connor and Jen Sinha, I wasn’t thrilled with the realtors I had met. Then I met THE TEAM. I worked closely with Jen Sinha. She sent me homes almost every day. Jen took me to see a ton of properties and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Jen was very tuned in to what type of properties I was looking for and never wasted my time with extraneous filler. Finally, I fell in love with a property and Tamara and Jen went over and above to make sure it was finally mine. There was constant communication between the realtor team and myself and I understood everything, every step of the way.
