I wouldn’t be were I am today without Tamara and her course. Having taking the course I was inspired to “do the work”. As a newbie to real estate investing, I was always looking for deals but never would put in an offer. With Tamara’s help I put in several offers! When you take this course and apply the knowledge, consider yourself an investor. Tamara is very transparent, not only did she teach investing methods, she also walked us through some of her deals! We are a family from Florida with extremely hectic jobs, kids, a budget and we were on a very tight timeline of when we had to move to North Carolina. We knew we needed the best real estate agent Durham had to offer, as this was going to be our first house purchase and we were going to have to buy the house sight unseen. Tamara was recommended to us by multiple real estate agents and Facebook groups due to her stellar reputation, and we are so so thankful.

Tamara was extremely personable, attentive to our needs, organized, and most importantly we felt like we were able to trust her to help us make important decisions on the biggest purchase of our life. Her knowledge of Durham and the surrounding cities was unmatchable. Whether it be knowledge of school systems, safe vs unsafe neighborhoods, or even morning traffic flow to gauge commute times to work, Tamara knew all about it.

Tamara would always go the extra mile. For example, my husband and I were able to plan a very last minute day trip from Florida to NC to check out a few neighborhoods. We were in the Durham area for less then 12 hours and the trip was so last minute that we didn’t expect to see any houses. We casually texted Tamara mentioning we were in town and within 15 minutes she had multiple house showings set up and stopped what she was doing in the middle of a Sunday with absolutely no warning from us to give us a tour. All I can say is wow!! Another example of Tamara going above and beyond would be as soon as a house went on the market we were eyeing, Tamara would give us a FaceTime walkthrough of the house and get us the contracts to get our bid in same day. Her lightening fast response time proved crucial in this crazy real estate market.

Tamara ultimately helped us land our dream home. From experience, Tamara is unarguably one of the best real estate agents in the business and the realtor you need in this competitive market to get it done! Highly recommend.

Tamara was just absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end of our home purchase. I attended Tamara"s Making Money Moves in 2022 course. I was interested in learning more about Wholesaling and doing Flips. Tamara's course more than exceeded my expectations. I always thought it was all so complicated but Tamara broke everything thing down. Not only did she break everything down she also gave us everything we needed to go out and do our first flip. She is very knowledgeable and Professional. You can tell that she is really passionate about what she does. I would recommend her class to anyone who wants to get into Real Estate Investing.

I was so happy when I saw the post about the seminar. I attended it on 1/29/22 and I t was incredibly informative!! I believe it will be one of the reasons my husband and I start building REAL wealth. I took Tamara’s Making Money Moves in 2022 course on January 29th and I'm glad I attended. Where do I begin? Early on, it was easy to tell she was excited about the day’s topic and grateful for everyone’s presence which was welcoming for a Saturday morning. At first, I thought the class was going to be too long but she the real estate investing topics and tips she gave made this class worthwhile. Honestly, I feel like I got this class for a steal due to the wealth of information she provided, and I can’t wait to begin building my portfolio and generational wealth.

Tamara is an awesome Realtor!!! She listened to all of my concerns. She went to bat for me and pushed back to get the seller to cover some of my costs when the seller's agent was playing hardball. She was there to help me EVERY step of the way with my recent home purchase.

Tamara is really easy to talk to and is very down to earth. She was available to me any and everytime I needed her. Even at crazy hours of the night...lol
