Tameka is absolutely amazing! I had a consultation with her on a Wednesday and by that following Saturday I found the home I wanted, and the owner accepted the offer! Everything single promise she made during the consultation came true, and then some! I was made a priority throughout the entire home purchasing process! She is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and proficient. When I doubted myself Tameka reassured me that everything was going to be fine, and boy was she right! I did not expect the home ownership process would be so quick and stress free! Thank you Tameka for such a pleasant experience!

If you are thinking about buying a home, call Tameka!

I found Tameka through the internet and I am really glad I went with her. It was my first time buying a home and she guided me through all the steps and provided valuable advice. She listened to my needs and adjusted. I went from step zero to getting the keys in hand in about 2 months. I couldn’t have done it without Tameka. Her insight and experience during the negotiation process was awesome and I was able to get a much better deal because of her.

Tameka was always available to answer questions—no matter how small or ridiculous. Shout out to one of her agents as well, Tasha, who was amazing and always helpful.

Tameka, where should I start ? Oh yeah social media! Haha ! Tameka came down my timeline from A previous client, I was amazed at all she was able to do for this particular client.

Her amazing story led me to Tameka Lewis DM almost A year ago today. Long story short Tameka spoke experience from the gate, I had nothing to worry about as long as she was connected. I was able to close on my first home and I couldn’t have done THAT without her or her Amazing team. Look no further, she’s the BEST ! Hands down!! Did I mention she answered my calls while on vacation? The lady is nothing short of amazing.

By the way before I committed to Tameka, she gave forwarded information with hopes that buying my first home would be A Breeze!!

Tameka was referred to me by a friend who had recently bought a house, with Tameka as her agent. I had been referred to someone previously who had not been in contact, slow to follow up and did not seem eager to work with me. Needless to say, I was hesitant about the referral. I spoke with Tameka and told her what I was interested in and my preferences for communication. She did not fail! She was professional, honest, knowledgeable about the homes and the market, super responsive and the best part was she was more excited about my journey than I was! I had heard horror stories about the home buying experience but I can honestly say, I had a smooth process. Tameka walked me through every part and answered any questions I had, or pointed me in the right direction. 30 days into my new home and I couldn’t be happier!!

The absolute best!!! If I can do my house hunting experience over I would still pick her! As a first time home buyer you really need someone who has your best interest in mind and a motherly figure and she was just that!! She made me feel comfortable in conversation, educated me when needed, and never forced anything! Her words “I have clients I don’t make quick sales, I want you to go after what you want and need we can look all you want you have to live there be happy in what you decide on.” I looked at several house before finding the one and when I finally did! Her negotiations were top notch especially in that pandemic market we were in. Got me the best deal that fit what me and my family needed. Made sure I felt comfortable with my payments expected. The area was right and worked great in informing reminding and keeping me up to speed. Truly a great person and realtor over all! Also gave me the best house warming present which I still haven’t opened cause it’s so beautiful and thoughtful! Thank you so much me and my family were blessed to have to! Anyone who even mentions an interest in home buying I do not hesitate to refer them!!

I felt safe and comfortable with her suggestions and ultimately it led me to purchasing my very first home. Tameka Lewis is fantastic at her job and will be the realtor my friends, family and I will call on for all things moving forward. I was very impressed and pleased by the way she seamlessly navigated all of the ups and downs of buying a first home. Including, understanding our needs and wants in a home to help us flush out options, giving us and reviewing information quickly, being a strong advocate during negotiations, her network of contacts that has saved and continues to save us money and considerable time, occasionally being a therapist, mini financial advisor and counselor when needed and answered the phone almost 24hrs a day. Then the icing on the cake, a great gift basket at the end of the process. I cannot recommend her and her business enough she goes above and beyond for her clients.
