This is a crazy market so it’s good to know your agent has all the bases covered. Tami provided a seamless experience from start to finish. I was an out of town seller and my home was in need of a lot of tender loving care before it could go on the market. Tami was instrumental in finding workers to perform all necessary work in addition to coordinating schedules and inspecting/approving the work. Without her assistance, it would have been very complicated for me to perform the work that Tami performed.
Not only was the house sold in a very quick timeframe but received offers higher than the posted price. I can't say enough great things about Tami and I would highly recommend her to any client

This is my second time that I’ve worked with Tami. She is so kind, patient and makes house hunting fun! She’s very honest and will lay out good/ bad news throughout the process and makes sure to point out the flaws/positives while looking at the homes. Things that we wouldn’t necessarily pay attention too. She was very available and worked around our work schedule when house hunting. Very knowledgeable with VA loans as well! I would use her again and recommend her to someone else who’s looking for a home. During this second process I have begun to feel like Tami isn’t just our agent but like a family member to us!
