Tami is an amazing realtor! Tami patiently showed me several houses in the Hillsboro/Beaverton/Cornelius area and was very helpful/patient as I made my decision. She was responsive with my requests to see new houses and was always prepared and professional, having the appropriate information for each house we visited. She was also indispensable during the closing process, providing helpful contacts and options along the way.

Without question the two challenges of buying and selling were completed smoothly because of Tami Parks. First we needed to find a one level home to purchase on the west side of Portland and then secondly we had to sell our existing home. She was able to guide us in a professional manner but went beyond just being a real estate agent. As elderly people , my wife and I presented her with many questions but we soon learned that she was never to busy to be there for us. From previous buying/selling home experiences, we were not looking forward to process again until we met Tami Parks. She is that perfect agent we think is out there but don't expect to find; the one that would be the standard which all agents would use as their benchmark. I would like to thank Tami for the outstanding service she provided in the recent sale of a house for a deceased relative. I mention the circumstances because the seller had
never lived in the house. She provided excellent advice regarding the strategy for pricing the house and what we should be doing to present the property in the best light. Because the seller was an estate with the underlying issues of getting the property ready
to sell, I believe she had to look at the sale a bit differently from her usual sale and services she could see we needed had to be adapted on the fly. She did an outstanding job and I could not endorse her services more highly.
