This sale was bittersweet, special and difficult all at once because my mother’s home was filled with memories of love and joy.

Tamika was amazing in helping us find our house! She was always available to answer questions and reassure us, even our bank officer told us how quick and responsive she was along the way. Tamika helped us get over our first disappointment with a closing falling through then got us quickly back on track and into a house that was much better suited for us anyway!

We learned so much from her and with each home viewing she took notes on things we were identifying as important and each viewing after clearly reflected our wants and needs. Tamika is wonderful to work with. I am currently renting from her. As soon as I have an issue she gets right on top of it to get it fixed (including Christmas Eve!). She treats my home as if she was living in there. The littlest things I think are not big deal (cosmetic) she thinks it is and gets it fixed and updated for me immediately. Very easy to get ahold of and communication is fantastic!

I was in the process of selling my home and everything was going smooth until I needed a licensed contractor to provide me a quote and bid to complete the work at my home. I was on a very tight timeframe and needed someone immediately. I reached out to Tamika because at a prior event she had a conversation with me about her business. I explained to her what was going on. She not only found a licensed contractor for me, I received the quote and bid, presented it to my realtor and lawyer, the buyer realtor and lawyer and the village. This was the last piece I needed to complete the sale of my home. Had she not helped me in my time of need I probably would’ve been able to sell my home. I truly thank her for stepping in at a time I needed some help.
