Tamika, along with her husband, a Philadelphia Police Sergeant, is a lifelong resident of Mt Airy. She holds a master’s degree in strategic leadership from Neumann University and has actively engaged with the Historical African-American fraternity and sorority system for many years. Currently, she is a member of the Omega Omega Graduate Chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Her commitment to leadership and professional development is further evident through her membership in organizations such as the NAACP, National Association of Women Executives, and Wives Behind the Badge.

Tamika and her husband, Aaron Farmbry Sr., are proud parents of two children. Their son, Aaron, is a graduate of Roman Catholic High and Hampton University in VA, while their daughter, Tiyana-Erin, completed her education at J.W. Hallahan Catholic School for Girls and St. John's University in NYC.
