If I could give 10 stars I would!! Tamika is outstanding! It was more than a pleasure to work with her. She is the most professional, knowledgeable, consistent, patient, honest and friendly realtor I know. Her communication and negotiation skills are on point! The seller even complimented working with her at closing. Tamika gives really good advice to all your worries or doubts and has answers to all your questions. She told me in the beginning I’ll be fine and now I’m a home owner!! My home buying process was short, easy and smooth and she kept me focused on what I was looking for. She definitely found the perfect fit for me and my family move in ready! She will guide you step by step and still keep in touch after home buying. Her emails for new home owners are very helpful. She truly is committed to her work and works around the clock, she cares! Also the preferred colleagues she will refer to you are outstanding as well. Tamika is the best. For this to be my first time buying a home, she made the process seamless. She was very responsive to all my calls and texts, never leaving a question unanswered. She held my hand through the entire process and I appreciate it! I will definitely use her again IF I decide to buy again but for right now, I'm in my forever home, which she helped me find and secure right in time for Xmas. With Tamika’s help, I was able to find and buy a multi-unit in a great neighborhood! She did a great job staying on top of all the paperwork, communication between myself and the seller agent, etc. Once I saw the house i wanted to buy, she did everything in her power to make sure I got it...and at a reasonable price! I would say I lucked out with Tamika as an agent. Not only does she deliver superb customer service, she makes you feel very comfortable during the home buying process (which can be very scary). During our time searching for the perfect multi-unit home (amidst co-vid I might add), I never felt unsafe in any of the home visits. She made sure many of the homes were sanitized before I entered. I would highly recommend Tamika as a real estate agent! I am more than pleased with her service. Thanks again Tamika!
