We met Tammi Sullenberger approximately four years ago when we noticed several of her listings in our neighborhood. Tammi and her team are the best! We bought a home through her while living 2,000 miles away. She was instrumental in helping us find a home during a very competitive time but at a great price. From the get-go, April pressed the pedal to the metal to get the home I desired. Whenever I needed her, she was Johny-on-the-spot and was able to carefully listen and advise on whatever questions I had.
I found my dream home online, was immediately contacted by April, and was able to view the home that night and come back for a second showing the following day. Thank goodness for her prompt efforts, as by the second day of viewing there was another offer on the table.
April went to bat for me and presented my offer in a favorable way, which led me to get under contract.
