Living in Portland and its surrounding suburbs is a blessing! We are lucky to be able to live in an area where
people are friendly, the air is clean and the activities, as well as lifestyle, are known to be one of the best in the
nation.
I have been a licensed real estate broker for over 25 years, formerly owned my own brokerage and have worked for Cascade Sotheby's for over 12 years.
I have seen up markets and down markets. We are in the midst of a fast-changing market right now which requires a skilled and experienced broker. Interest rates climbing, lack of inventory, and unsure economic forecast - all of these things require careful planning and strategy.
While housing prices have been steadily rising, in comparison to other major markets on the West Coast, Portland
and its surroundings are still affordable for what is fast growing into a major market center on the West Coast or,
as we like to say, the best coast! We are currently experiencing a major influx of out-of-state buyers as we see
them being priced out of their markets, concerned about weather phenomena or just wanting better lifestyles for
themselves.
