It was wonderful to work with Tammy in selling our home of 25 years. She was always available for our questions and there were many since we hadn’t sold a home in 25 years. As you can imagine lots of changes in the sale process. Our home sold within the week to the first person to view it! She also was our agent in our new home purchase from a builder. Having someone represent us in the purchase made the process less one sided. Tammy is very up on the St. Charles market so we felt very comfortable with her advice. She’s just a joy to work with!

We bought and sold a house with Tammy. She was helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. She knows her stuff and that came in real handy during our walkthroughs of potential new homes (especially with foundation questions). We had a bad buyer who was trying to back us into a corner and Tammy went to bat for us and guided us to make the best decision in that situation. The deal with that buyer fell through, thankfully, and Tammy was there to help us start all over again with our sale. We were able to sell our house for exactly what we were hoping for while also getting an amazing deal on our new home. Tammy even gave us a beautiful housewarming gift. I am glad she was there with us because buying and selling houses can be a really scary process for first timers, she was there to take care of us and I would 10/10 recommend her to my friends and family. She is quick to respond and anytime I needed to reach her she was available. Her written communication through emails and document sharing was very professional, easy to understand, and made the whole process run smoothly.

Tammy Campbell went above and beyond for me and my family in helping me purchase my home. She was responsive anytime I had a question. She created a personalized MLS for me to house hunt online with the the needs and wants that my family had. She also made closing on my house from out of town work when we ran into a delema and my realtor was stumped. I have sent my family and friends to see her and will in the future also. I am very pleased!
