Tammy Chambers has lived in the Nashville area all her life. One of the things Tammy and Nashville have in common is they both have a heart for country music! Tammy is passionate about her family, loves to play golf and always enjoys a day in Nashville visiting everything from the Country Music Hall of Fame to riding along the back country roads.

Over the last 15 years Tammy Chambers has sold over $100 million in Real Estate Sales. As an expert in new construction, Tammy has spent over a decade working with local and national builders. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Middle Tennessee. Tammy was amazing to work with! She was very thorough, supportive, and responsive throughout the entire process. My partner and I were relocating from the Pacific Northwest and Tammy was able flex to our needs in order to ensure we were taken care of. She was our eyes when we were not able to be here locally, and was incredibly trustworthy. Her real estate experience in the Hendersonville area really showed through, and she gave great local recommendations as well. If there wasn’t something she could do, she had an amazing network of individuals who could, and we never had to hunt down a service. We will 100% be working with Tammy again in the future!

Tammy Chambers of Parks Lakeside is the best of the best. Look no further for your buying or selling needs in and around Nashville. We recently relocated to Nashville, and it was difficult decision to narrow down where we wanted to live, but Tammy provided invaluable expertise on each community, and helped us line up exactly what we were looking for. In an incredibly tough housing market, Tammy is exactly the partner we needed each step of the way. When we found the home we wanted to make an offer on, she was incredibly tactful and sharp in developing a strategy to make our offer the strongest, while ensuring we didn't go above asking. She and her team, including George, have been so wonderful every step of the way. She lined us up with an excellent lender (Tonya Esquibel at CrossCountry Mortgage) and we purchased a home in Hendersonville that we love -- all completely virtually. Tammy handled numerous virtual tours, weekend visits and follow ups to help us feel at peace about such a big decision. As a sign of her amazingness, even after the transaction closed, Tammy and George continue to stop by the house weekly to ensure everything is in good order before we arrive. That is wonderful customer service and shows how she goes above and beyond. She also lined us up with painters, cleaners, mowers and every vendor we could think of. Having her as a partner in our real estate needs made the entire process seamless. I would work with her again in a heartbeat!
