Words can not describe my experience working with Tammy! I was initially nervous when looking for a realtor to work with and many friends HIGHLY recommended me to work with her. Once we connected and got to know each other it was a match made, I knew instantly I was in good hands. During the buying process she explained everything clear, concise, and to the point! Her knowledge and ability to get things done is astonishing. Any questions or concerns were always answered and I was always updated with any new information. I was introduced to Tammy by my former realtor, who decided that we would be a better fit after having disagreements, losing several bids and several weekends trips to CT looking for homes. I tell everyone she was a gift that fell from heaven. First interaction, she was ready to start seeing properties the very next day. I sent her a list of properties I was interested in and she immediately scheduled appointments for the next day. It was snowing that day but Tammy was committed to showing us the properties. She stood outside in the snow with us for over 30 min for an open house. She was upfront and discerning when we saw properties that she felt were not suitable for my family while listening to our needs. I loved that she was flexible throughout the showings to make the most of our time. We saw 4 houses that day, 3 that were offer worthy to us. But the one we ended up with was one of the homes that she picked for us to see. Most notably, Tammy connected us to our dream home on the first day out. Her communication with all parties involved was seamless and facilitated the sale of the home from beginning to end. She made sure our best interests were upheld throughout the inspection and contract dealing. She was extremely knowledgeable of the surrounding towns, schools, and relevant property information. She is up to date with docusign technology which was essential with pandemic restrictions and helped us avoid delays. My family is forever grateful. I recommend her wholeheartedly to all my friends, family and clients.

BEST. AGENT. EVER!!
When it comes to agents, Tammy is unmatched in my opinion. Tammy was able to sell our home NOT ONCE, but TWICE for above asking price and during a pandemic to boot! She almost always answered her phone and if she was busy, called back quickly. No question was ever too silly and she has the patience of a Saint. If you want someone who will actually FIGHT for you (and she fought plenty) you absolutely need to call her! You will not regret it!

Tammy Edwards did everything she could to make sure we closed on our dream house. She was able to get us full asking price, not once, but twice all while we were in the middle of a pandemic. She helped us stage our home, worked with our buyers lenders and knew exactly what house we wanted which allowed us to put in an offer on the same day. She texted, emailed and called us the entire time. She was available to us morning, noon and night. If we didn’t have Tammy as our agent we would never have closed on our dream house. She worked with the buyers agent and loan officer to help the closing go smoother on our home we were selling. She never gave up and we are so grateful that she was our agent! She is a seasoned pro and they don’t make agents like this anymore. She knows exactly what she is doing in all aspects of the process. Thank you Tammy!

I could not imagine going through the home buying process without Tammy! She was able to get us into view every house we requested, along with a few she had in mind for us. When we viewed our dream home, we put an offer in and within 24 hours our offer was accepted!
We know for sure if it wasn’t for Tammy we would not have been accepted for our dream home!

Concerned, I initially interviewed several Real estate professionals to represent me in the sale of my residential property. They were not what I expected. My standards are very high especially when I am dealing with a very important and substantial transaction.
