About Tammy

My name is Tammy Hamersley, I am a long time West Texas Native. My family lived in Shallowater where I married my life long sweetheart. We have 2 grown married children and 3 grand kids. We love spending time together. We have a lake home that we spend a lot of quality time together. I have been in real estate for about 12 years. I have been a top producer for several of those years. I understand the process of buying or selling an home and the frustrations in doing both. I work closely with lenders to keep my clients updated on the best products available that pertains to their situation. Such as being self employed there are lenders who use bank statements to get you qualified as opposed to your tax returns. I try to stay on top of specific lending needs for my clients. Sometimes just knowing is half the battle. When a realtor, lender and buyer work together to get to the closing table it makes it all worth in the end.

I also work hard for my clients when it comes to selling. I help them understand that selling is a process. It will take work for both of us to get their home ready for the next buyer. I help them understand that once their home goes on the market it becomes a commodity that we want everyone to buy into. This means for that to happen we want their home looking it's best, to help attract more buyers.
