We got connected to Tammy through friends that worked with her when buying their house in Bala Cynwyd. Our relationship started when she gave us a 2 day tour all around the Main Line and surrounding areas. Since that time, we would wind up working with Tammy to help us focus in on the best neighborhoods for us and for home leads (probably about a year or more in total). Tammy is truly one of a kind as a realtor. She taught us so much about what to look for in homes, and just as important, what not to look for. Her knowledge of home building materials, appliances, renovations, as well as areas around the Main Line are unmatched. She's just so plugged in and educated on it all, and this is not replaceable. She happily dedicates her time to her clients and is not pushy in the least. She aligns with her clients in way that is truly trustworthy and in the best interests of the client. No ulterior motives apparent. In the end, we wound up getting lucky and finding a home in a private sale through family friends and not utilizing her as the realtor. Even with that said, Tammy was still taking time to give us advice and recommendations on people to help us with closing and inspection. She wanted nothing in return. Truly a special person and one-of-a-kind. We recommend Tammy in the highest possible regard.
