Tammy Haynes is an Associate Broker with Atlanta New Homes Marketing, a firm that specializes in all aspects of Residential and Commercial Real Estate in Atlanta Georgia. Additionally, Tammy is a member with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. Raised in the Atlanta area, she graduated from Georgia State University where she received a BA in English and obtained a MFA in Screenwriting for Film and Television from Full Sail University.
A resident of Atlanta for over decades, Tammy has extensive knowledge of the different cities and neighborhoods across Georgia. She serves both North and South of Georgia and specializes in home buying and selling, investment and vacant properties, luxury homes, and multi-residential properties. Her appreciation and knowledge of the region has become an advantage for her clients. She brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their homes.
As an experienced agent, Tammy understands that buying and selling is one of the biggest decisions in a client’s life and views representation and guidance of her clients through this process as a true privilege.

When Tammy is not previewing properties or helping clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, hitting the gym, going to the theater or working on a script.
