Tammy Kornegay is an excellent realtor who'll meet her clients buying or selling needs, we worked with her twice once for our Ft. Washington home in 2009 and again in 2020 for our dream home in Upper Marlboro MD. We met Tammy at her Office, we had a great organic conversation, it was like talking to a family who put your needs before theirs; she explained the process in detail of being a first-time buyer, the benefits buying a home and the steps needed and getting us a home, we can afford that will works for our family budget.

Tammy kept us on budget and made sure we didn't over extend our finances. We got our home for our asking price; our overall home search was smooth. We sold our smaller home for a larger spacious comfortable home.

Again, Tammy explained the buying and selling process in detail and getting the best offer for our home and what is needed to purchase our dream home. From updating the floor, fresh paint, new fixtures and appliances definitely made a huge difference. We got an offer in 5 days and sold our home within 30 days. Tammy has a big heart; she gave us gifts for our family, we highly recommend you give her a call and she'll work with you no matter your budget purchasing power.
