About Tammy

Tammy enjoys helping clients buy the perfect home or sell their current one as they move toward the future. “I love collaborating closely with people at such an exciting, pivotal time in their lives,” says Tammy. “For over twenty years I've held many clients' hands as they take that next real estate step, so that in the end they feel as if the whole process was effortless.” Tammy’s ability to stay calm and focused under pressure, especially during contract negotiations, enables her to keep all kinds of clients happy—from those buying their first home to those purchasing multimillion-dollar lake properties.

A Madison native, Tammy graduated from East High School then earned her BA in Biology from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota. She returned to her hometown to become a Licensed Realtor® in 1999, and today she lives in the historic Maple Bluff neighborhood in which she grew up.

When she is off the clock, you will find Tammy spending time with her husband Ted, daughters Charlotte and Annie and son Emmett. Her love of travel has taken them on train rides through the Canadian Rockies to journeys throughout Europe and frequently to their cabin in Eagle River, Wi. However, Tammy is just as happy at home cooking with a nice glass of Pinot, planting flowers and vegetables in their garden, or taking her family to the Saturday Farmers’ Market in search of cheese curds and cheddar popcorn. Tammy is also an avid tennis player and member of the United States Tennis Association—though she is just as comfortable switching out her racquet for a set of golf clubs and playing eighteen holes at Maple Bluff Country Club.

When it comes to keeping score in her professional field, Tammy sets the bar high. Her qualifications include: The respected Accredited Buyers Representation designation (ABR); Multi-million-dollar producer; 2005 President and 2004 Vice President of the Realtors Association of South-Central Wisconsin (RASCW); RASCW Professional Standards Committee; 2005 Board of Directors for South Central Wisconsin MLS; and active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association and RASCW.

Combining her long-standing professionalism with her outgoing personality, Tammy can help you buy or sell real estate anywhere in Madison and the surrounding area.
