Now in 2019, I sold the condo and although there were a couple of issues, I am closed and the condo is sold, thanks to Tammy. She knows real estate and is dedicated to serving her clients well. While traveling through the city of Kershaw, we came across a sign for S&M Realty. Miss Tammy Lyles quickly returned our phone call. We discussed what we were looking for, and she promptly responded with a number of listings. She was incredibly patient, swiftly answering phone calls, text messages, even recommending local contractors, etc. her first listing recommendation was more than we hoped for, and we ended up putting in an offer right away.
