Tammy has been living her dream of practicing real estate since 2016. She has exceeded her expectations and quickly became a Multi-Million Dollar seller. She has obtained her SRES Designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and looks forward to assisting the “55 and better” Community. She has enjoyed helping people with all of their real estate needs from first time home buyers, seniors, upsizers, downsizers and flippers to short sales, investment realty and probate sales. Before realty Tammy has focused her career in business management with a specialty in bookkeeping. Because of this Tammy has taken on REO’s to better help her clients and her Community. Throughout her career she has learned what it takes to be exceptional in customer service and problem solving, always with an attention to detail. With the experience and success she easily became an Office Manager for a local Brevard County real estate office before becoming an agent.
Along with a variation of location throughout her life Tammy has experienced different speeds of living and knows the difference. From growing up in the fast-paced Bay Area of California to small town living in Michigan she has found her peace in Central Florida. While growing up in California Tammy was lucky enough to have an early start with making people’s home dreams come true while working with her dad at 12 years old to build houses on weekends. Even her children have aspired, and succeeded, in their own construction businesses in Central Florida.
The 2007 move to Florida was to be close to her children and five beautiful grandchildren.While the time spent with her family is one of the main loves of her life she has also fallen in love with the many cultural and environmental offerings of this beautiful area. When not helping her clients realize their dreams Tammy loves to spend her time outdoors with her dogs and ever-growing garden.
The Space Coast is where Tammy calls home and currently lives beachside. This amazingly interesting and diverse area offers more than a few options for entertainment. Historic launches, an eclectic range of wildlife, micro-breweries and waterfront restaurants are just a few of the on-land possibilities. The ever-abundant water activities of boating, surfing and fishing are a drop in the bucket of the areas offerings.
