Personally, I chose to move to Myrtle Beach from New Jersey because I was drawn to a life that was like being on a vacation without leaving home. As an empty nester, it was a giant decision that required a lot of thought and preparation. But so worth it! I now get to put my flip flops on in my down time all year round and comb the beach for shells and other treasures. I can offer this experience to those in similar circumstances if that is something you are looking for.
