As an out-of-state owner, I worked with Tammy on the sale of an investment property. I was grateful to her for regularly keeping tabs on the home while I was working on an eviction, and I was impressed that she jumped right in to help assess what needed to be fixed, provide referrals to contractors, pick up items at Home Depot, and even asked her husband to do some work for me. She went way above and beyond, and was an asset to me, through and through. I’d highly recommend her to any buyer or seller!

I cannot put into words how great Tammy is! We decided to move from PA to Georgia due to my husband wanting to be back where he used to live. We found a house and to put it kindly, our realtor did us beyond dirty. Lied about everything and didn’t stick up for us. We decided to do a small flip on the house, relist it, and move back to PA for the time being. That’s when we met Tammy. Tammy helped us with this disaster, and she ran it smoother than butter. For how complicated our mess was, Tammy was up front and honest about everything. Even with dealing with the complications of different states, She prepped us with what to expect. She doesn’t bend the rules and Tammy has incredible integrity. She’s a woman of her word. It is beyond refreshing to work with someone who is honest and trustworthy. I couldn’t be happier!!! We will hands down be using Tammy again! Saying she’s amazing is an understatement!

Tammy had my house under contract in three days and closed within three weeks. I was convinced that my house would not sell in its current condition. At least until Tammy walked through it and told me what she would list it for. I jokingly laughed thinking there's no way and then I challenged her. There was a way and she made it happen. If you are looking for a Realtor that knows what's happening in her market I would look no further. Tammy Plamondon should be your only choice in choosing a Realtor.

My husband and I are new to Georgia and didn’t know anyone in the area. When it came to buying our first Georgian home and searching for a perfect realtor, I found Tammy by using Google and Facebook reviews. Her reviews were already undeniable, but the test is always seeing for yourself if you get everything you were looking for out of your realtor. Our personal experience with Tammy was beyond what I was hoping for. We gave Tammy our must have list, our wish list and zip code of interest and within a half hour she had several listings to my email and kept them coming daily. This woman is so good that we found our dream home in the very first home we looked at. Tammy insisted we see others, and we did to confirm we were not being impulsive. She was readily available to match our schedules to view as many homes as we could in a day and answered her phone every time we called. Key to the story is, this woman knows her stuff. She is very receptive to her clients and listens and gets it right the first time. She knows realty in and out and is very protective over her clients. She will go to bat and guarantee that you come out on top with the home of your dreams. With Tammys permission I am allowed to tell a short story. This insanely amazing woman had a surgical procedure scheduled while we were doing business with her and told us upfront that she may not be available for a day or two but would have a colleague step in if we needed something in the time being. Of course we were very comfortable in waiting for her and being patient. However, Tammy kept in full contact from the minute they wheeled her back for surgery and from the minute she woke up from anesthesia. If this is not dedication and passion for her clients I don’t know what is. If you want the job done right and no dissatisfaction along the way, Tammy is the best way to go. Hands down best realtor I’ve ever had.

If you want a realtor that's willing to stand their ground and fight for you, Tammy is the way to go. We had a terrible experience with the bank we chose to do a home loan through, but Tammy guided us through out the whole process.
