After working with Tammy Rea over many years and across many transactions, I am convinced that she is the hardest working and smartest realtor in the state. She's fast, professional, responsive, and has incredible attention to detail. One thing I really appreciate is that she calls it like it is – she speaks directly and truthfully to both her clients and the other parties. I never have to wonder if I am making the right decision, as I can count on her to have my back and negotiate hard for a good deal. This is true even when it creates a lot more work for herself. This is a rare quality in a realtor, in my experience. She has an impressive expertise from decades in the industry and always provides wise counsel.
