I’ve worked in the real estate industry for 17 years and have worked with a wide spectrum of agents & loan officers. Tammy & Art are my one-and-only; I will never use anyone else! They assisted my husband and I with all our purchase and refinance transactions, most recently our extremely tumultuous new construction home purchase in 2018. They impressively balanced maintaining pressure on our (frustrating) builder, jumping through that builder’s unrealistic hoops, all while remaining calm & professional. They offered multiple loan solutions and expert financing advice. Without their guidance, I’m not sure that we would’ve been able to hold the deal together to fruition.
