Tammy went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She's the "bulldog" that goes to battle for you at any hour of the day. She was super responsive and incredibly helpful throughout. Her insight and negotiation skills and her Chicago network far exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't have gotten the home we did without her. I couldn't recommend her enough!

My husband and I were first time home-buyers when we met Tammy at an open house and we could immediately tell that she was experienced and trustworthy! We had met many agents in our search but we knew she would be the best one to work with. Throughout the process she was patient with us as we asked many questions and changed our minds about what we were looking for in a home. She is well connected in the area and we felt that we could lean on her for any advice. She always made time for us when any issues or questions came up, we never felt like a low priority. She is passionate about working with first-time home buyers and made sure we understood every step of the complicated process. She was an excellent negotiator and got us a great price on our condo. We found the perfect home and we are lucky to meet her! There is no other person we would recommend to help with any real estate endeavor.

She ends up not being your real estate agent, but rather a trusted advisor and friend. Unlike many other real estate agents, Tammy stays personally involved in all aspects of your transaction, from working with lenders, attorneys, and even talking with inspectors to ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation. New home owners walk away with a thorough understanding of their real estate transaction. Seasoned home owners are guided to their best new home or when selling, leverage her design savviness to attract numerous interested buyers. Tammy is the absolute best. I would recommend Tammy and her team to anyone selling their home in Chicago. After Tammy helped sell our neighbors condo quickly after it had sat on the market with a previous agent, we decided to ask Tammy for her help in selling our place.
