I have lived in Jacksonville since 2003. I have been in the real estate industry for 17 years which gives me a well rounded knowledge in all aspects of real estate. I started as a mortgage broker in 2004 closing conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and hard money loans for over 6 years. I have invested in real estate for 11 years buying and selling over 1,000 properties right here in northeast Florida. I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 6 years. I can navigate all accepts of a real estate transaction with my buyers and sellers. From financing, home inspections, home repairs, and the appraisal process.

Personal: I am a married mother of two children 16 and 11. We live on the water in Isle Palms, my family enjoys fishing, diving , and leisure boating on our 34 Yellowfin, “Bellas Breeze” named after our beloved family dog Bella who enjoyed the boat as much as we do. I have lived in four waterfront homes in Northeast Florida giving me knowledge of the St Johns River, Julington Creek, intracoastal and saltwater canals.
