Tancy Mason-Phillips earned her Real Estate License in 1998. Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the industry's top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. As a longtime resident of Pickerington Ohio, Tancy sells residential and commercial properties in Columbus, Gahanna, Pickerington and surrounding areas.

Specializing in New Home Construction, Commercial and Multi-Family Investment Properties, Tancy also has expertise in short-sale and foreclosed properties. Her multi-faceted expertise is a great benefit to her clients.

Tancy truly understands the dynamics of the changes within real estate and is an expert at educating her clients so they can make the best decisions to meet their needs. Tancy uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level.

Tancy understands that the purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. She believes REALTORS® have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection her clients deserve. Tancy earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Real Estate from Columbus State Community College and her Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Wilberforce University. She even holds a Managing Cosmetology License in the state of Ohio.

Her work ethic and integrity didn't start in the real estate industry, but followed her from her past career; Tancy has won several top production awards during her time with OSI Outsourcing Services, in Dublin Ohio.

Tancy is a member in good standing of the (CBR) Columbus Board of REALTORS®, (OAR) Ohio Association of REALTORS® and (NAR) The National Association of REALTORS® in addition to the Columbus Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Tancy feels that being a REALTOR® is about more than joining professional associations, she believes REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Tancy has served her community in many capacities from advocating for children in foster care with both Franklin County Children Services and National Youth Advocate Program to tutoring children with Ohio Reads.

Having lived in Long Island New York and Ohio, Tancy has a strong ability to relate and communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and understands the needs and concerns of clients who are relocating.
