Beginning her career as a Real Estate Investor, Warrior purchased and rehabilitated properties as a small business. In 2006, she later went on to obtain her Real Estate License, becoming a Short Sale Specialist with extensive expertise in negotiating with Mortgage Lenders and even assisting homeowners in the expanding real estate market. Doubling down on her education from Tuskegee University as well, Warrior additionally benefited from her years of management experience at IBM Corporation, allowing her to provide clients with a more globalized interaction.
With esteemed accolades such as the 2008 Most Improved Agent and the 2013 Top Gun Award, just to name a few, Tangie Warrior is better known for her appearance on HGTV as a part of the Expert of Realtor segment, “My First Place”. Among the many other honors in her life, Warrior takes the most pride in her role as a mother to her son Nigel, 21 years old and her daughter Nylah, 8 years old.
