Tani Wouters

Tani Wouters is dedicated to delivering outstanding results for her clients by first listening carefully to their goals and working tirelessly to achieve them. In 2021, Tani, along with her husband and their "furry" family members, relocated from southern Oregon to their sunny Cape Coral waterfront home. With a Broker license in Oregon since 2012, Tani built a successful real estate sales business before transitioning to the Florida market. She also has over six years of experience in planning and community appointments, which is valuable when navigating zoning and building regulations. Additionally, Tani has a background in mortgage banking. After settling in Cape Coral, Florida, Tani was eager to jump into the real estate market and is excited to be a part of the RE/MAX Trend "family." She is committed to her community and the beautiful Southwest Florida area and is dedicated to helping clients make their Florida dreams a reality.
