Tania Castellanos

Originally from Venezuela, Tania moved to the United States in the early 1990’s to attend Drexel University to complete her graduate degree in Business Administration. Prior to moving to the Philadelphia area to attend Drexel University, she was the owner of a boutique advertising agency in Maracaibo, Venezuela

In 2003, following obtaining her real estate license in Florida, Tania entered the real estate profession in Miami. She has extensive experience and expertise in dealing with international clients, in particular clients from Latin America. Tania’s main focus is to bring all parties together to effect a smooth transaction while building a mutually beneficial and long term relationship with her clients. Tania is passionate about yoga and she is also a certified instructor (YTT 500) in Skanda Yoga, a power vinyasa style yoga. She practices yoga as a part time teacher in Miami. Tania is fluent Spanish, English and conversational in Italian.
