Tania Ramsey

Hello, my name is Tania Ramsey. I've been a licensed Realtor since 2002. I've lived in Montgomery, Carroll and St. Mary's Counties and since 2003 my husband and I have raised our children in Frederick.

I enjoy everything about my job, from meeting first time buyers to working with investors who plan to revitalize forgotten and neglected properties.

Buying and selling real estate is a team effort. I pride myself in the relationships I've built with contractors, lenders and local title companies. These relationships prove useful after settlement. I'm a resource for referrals long after my clients move in. They will call and ask for a plumber or a lender when it's time to refinance.

A home is your greatest investment. It's my job to make buying or selling that investment as smooth and stress free as possible. I take that job very seriously. Contract management is very important. Let me handle the details!
