Tania may be the most patient person I know; she's completely open to hearing what you have to say and continues to listen whole heartedly when the next day you're saying something completely different. She seemed to always be available for my questions through a call, an email or a text.
Throughout the whole process we felt like Tania had our back, she knew what was going on at all times in the closing process so we were confident.
I couldn't recommend her enough for anyone looking for some peace of mind when buying a home! And definitely use her again if we ever decide to sell! Thanks Tania.

If you want to buy or sell your house, do yourself a favor and hire this lady!!! So my wife and I started looking at homes as a first time homebuyer and had a really bad experience with another realtor that we obtained from yelp. She was always too busy to show us properties and seemed at times overwhelmed and frazzled. I reached out to Tania through yelp to see a property that had just came on market that day and wanted to jump on it. Tania immediately responded that she could show me the home that very day! We went up and my wife absolutely loved it. It was a gorgeous looking little ranch/farmhouse style home on a corner lot completely gutted and upgraded. We wanted to make an offer and Tania immediately jumped on it for us as we were competing with multiple offers. She was assertive for us and gave us good advice and they accepted our offer!!
