My name is Tanner Gray, aka, Topsail Tanner - your ultimate guide to Topsail Island, NC!! My intention as a Professional Real Estate Agent is to share my 30 years of experience living and working on Topsail Island North Carolina. I grew up here, I got my first job here, and I've spent my life making memories here. Who better to give you feedback on what it's like to live on Topsail Island in coastal North Carolina than someone who has been doing it for years?

I am a local Real Estate Agent with 1st Class Real Estate Coastal Choice. I've been a real estate professional for 17 years at this point, so I can help you navigate the local real estate market, talk to you about housing trends, show you how much things have grown and changed in my time here and more! Prior to becoming a full time Real Estate Professional I graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Business and Economics. I have a background in Construction and in Property Management. I have served on the Topsail Island Board of Directors and currently I'm on the NCR Professional Standards Commitee Board on the state level.

I'm married and have three children ages currently between 11 and 14. My other family include 1 Portuguese Water Dog and 2 cats (Rag Doll and Siberian Forest). Recently I completed my education for a Captain's License. This came from my love of fishing and knowledge of boating since the age of 14. You can find me these days on the island in my 1976 CJ5 Jeep enjoying all the coastal lifestyle has to offer.
