I reached out to Tanner as I had a particularly 'difficult' rental property to sell in the Willard's area. I live out of state and had not even seen the inside in many years. I just knew this would be challenging. Tanner had the patience of an angel! He kept me informed at every step, with every showing, with all feedback. We were able to sell and close in less than 30 days from listing..I could not believe how easy he made it! I was dreading the day if selling for years because I was dreading how difficult it would be and if I knew Tanner would be on it, I would have sold years ago! He has lifted a huge burden off me. There aren't enough stars for him..thank you Tanner!
