We are so thankful for Tanya and could not recommend her enough! Working with Tanya was a blessing! She was very responsive as we are fire victims and expressed her concern for taking some of the stress of housing off of our plate. She stayed within our price point met with realtors and searched to find us our perfect place. She listened to our likes and understood my pickiness (which is a talent in itself)! If there was a rating of 10 out of 10 she’d have it. If you are looking for a quality realtor look no further than Tanya!

My daughter unfortunately in her senior year was put on the wait list for college housing so we decided to get a rental. I cannot thank Tanya enough for her patience with trying to coordinate housing for 4 college roommates who had a hard time agreeing on a location while running out of time! Tanya helped lock in a place, handled all the contracts and coordinated everything between the realtors and owners. This was all done at the last minute right before school started and she made it work. She is beyond professional, a team player, a go getter and a great negotiator. Would recommend her highly!
