Tanya Dungca

Tanya has a true passion for real estate investing. She started her investing career in the Bay Area real estate market in the mid 1990s. Tanya has lived through the ups and downs of the real estate industry through personal experience and loves passing on her knowledge to others. She has always known that working in real estate is where she is naturally drawn to. Tanya recently decided to pursue her true passion of real estate and helping others with their dreams of home ownership by ending her 20+ year career working as an Information Technology Operations Manager. Throughout her career in IT, she actively networked with executives in her organization providing her knowledge and experience to those who desired it.
