They are detailed oriented professionals and great advocates who puts your needs as their number one priority. We were fortunate to be connected to Tanya and Garrett through Veterans United and they were our dream team throughout the entire process. While we were HGTV House Hunting PROS, we had no idea how to navigate the real world market, especially at such an insane time. As interest rates were rising at the start of 2022, I started to panic and thought about giving up to just get a condo -- that's when Tanya and Garrett stepped in to act as my voice of reason. They told me not to let me make this decision based off fear and then just two weeks later helped me get a great deal on a home in the exact area we wanted. I NEVER felt like "just another customer," I truly felt cared for and like we were their top priority every step of the way. Garrett went out of his way every day of the week to ensure our bids were put in on time. He was always available and answered every single question. He helped me find the best inspector service and went out of his way to call around to help me find a better price. Not only that but he made sure to schedule all of our showings based off MY schedule and organized by distance. He was a GOD SEND! Tanya was incredible as well, she was very personable and easy to talk to. When it came down to our offer being accepted, Tanya was a fighter on our behalf. Despite this unprecedented sellers market and unreasonable demands (the house next door to ours sold for $100K CASH over asking!) Tanya managed to get our closing costs covered in the sale and really worked the deal so it was in our favor. Come closing time, we had no issues and it was a breeze. I've heard horror stories about realtors -- none of my friend's liked the ones they worked with -- but Tanya and Garrett were the DREAM TEAM. I'm so happy we could trust them and rely on them. I am thrilled with the home we have -- all new appliances, backyard in the city, right next to the beltline and only 20 minutes from my job or 10 minute walk to the train station. They must've seen 50 houses with me and definitely put an offer on at least 10 -- with no complaints or concerns at all. They hustled to find us the right house and it was clear we were not a bother at all, despite 8pm questions and even a 10pm late night bid -- they were there for us. I can't imagine having a better experience! THANK YOU TANYA AND GARRETT!!! YOU'RE OUR HOME HEROES!!!
