Me and my family had worked with Tanya, she was amazing in helping us trying to find our forever home and it's an amazing feeling to finely be here because of Tanya, She even made sure our dogs would have an amazing back yard now, that was most important to my family besides me and my mom having our space. Came across Tanya looking for realtors on line and it was the best decision made for Tanya to help us find our first home. She is a great listener to what you are looking for in a home. It took us looking at several homes before finding what fit our needs and wants. Tanya was there thru it all helping us with anything we needed. I came across Tanya from a 3rd party agency that put us in connection with a realtor in our area. She was hands down a realtor that communicated effectively and efficiently, answered any and all questions we had, endured the many phone calls we had, very knowledgeable about her field, and always handled situations in a very professional manner. We did not have an easy process securing our first house, but she made it go very smoothly and was always communicating everything that was going on. I highly recommend Tanya to be your realtor!

Before I got together with Tonya and EXP Realty I had my Dearborn Heights home listed with a different Realator in November of 2021. I moved to Phoenix, before the house was sold, with the assurance that I didn’t need to be in Michigan, to sell the house. Nine months and three clients later the house hadn’t sold plus it was sitting there empty. My son and daughter-in-law connected me with Tonya and one month later I closed on the house.
Tonya was excellent to work with, she kept me informed, and found a buyer within a week of listing the house. I recommended her to anyone buying or selling.

I can't say enough about my experience with Tanya. I met her by chance at an open house. I was telling her about recently starting a divorce process and she had said she knew all about that. Well, after a couple weeks of me dragging my feet I contacted her and asked her to be my realtor. I'M SO GLAD I DID. Not only was she patient with me as I tried to figure out what I wanted in a home, she also recommended an awesome mortgage person. Wendy Greulich at John Adam's mortgage was AMAZING, very patient and thorough. Tanya had pulled some really good comps on the house I was looking at and guided me through making an offer that the sellers accepted that same night. I closed on my house 10 days later. My soon to be ex husband had always handled this stuff. So, when i tell you "I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER COUPLE OF WOMEN TO BE ON MY TEAM." I truly mean it! Thank you for a great experience TANYA!
