I was recommended to Tanya by a family member when my fiancé and I were relocating from out of state to TN.
I could not have been more impressed and grateful for Tanya’s help.
She listened well to what we were looking for, and we only saw 3 homes before we found ours and it is everything we wanted!
Her response time is incredible and she was patient when we were looking at the homes, never felt rushed or like she was hovering around us.
Love our new home so much, but whenever we do decide to move again, Tanya will be the one we call!

She even checked in with us a few weeks after we bought the house just to make sure we were loving it !

I felt confident and safe using Tanya, because of her ability to stay in contact and explain anything we questioned along the way.

We were recommended Tanya by another real estate agent in a different state. The other agent ended up being a snake in all the definitions of the term. We were VERY nervous with Tanya since she was recommended by someone who took almost $30k advantage of us with deception. I worried Tanya was the same way, but it was too late so I was VERY critical of her to say the least. But I am absolutely falling at my feet so happy that she was our realtor. She fought for us to have a home, fought a correct offer, fought for professional cleaning and carpet shampooing, made sure all communication was absolutely thorough and precise, made sure our concerns were taken care of, went out of her way to even contact other realtors in the middle of the night to fight for the home we wanted (although they didn’t answer until the AM, it was the thought of being the first to inquire to be the thing that counts), she left us with literally no questions through the process, even when our plans kept changing thanks to the army! I kept thinking “when is the ball gonna drop” like it did with my last realtor but it never did and still hasn’t to this day 7 months later. On top of that, little things like the front of our house etched onto a wooden Christmas ornament with the year we bought it was hand delivered and even a letter sent giving love after an accident my son went through that I only posted about on Facebook (shows she cares about her friends there and actually takes an interest in her clients lives and not in the fake way before a sale that most realtors show). I just can’t be more happy that I was proven so wrong. I’d recommend her as a realtor to every single family member of mine, my own mother, my best friends, I trust her with every person I love and you should too!
