Mrs Simon helped me find the perfect place for my children and I when we moved to the area. She was extremely helpful. She not only found more homes than I could look at as options but she plotted a route to get to each to keep us on schedule. She was professional and knew all the particulars for each home. I couldn't ask for a better realtor to help. I would recommend her time and time again

The wife and I meet Tanya through a web search for house rentals. In the past we had never used an agent however after we meet Tanya we were glad we did. Tanya was so professional while at the same time seemed to come off as someone we had known for years. Once Tanya and the wife started talking about our needs versus our wants Tanya was able to identify several homes that would fit our requirements. She always worked with our schedules when showing us a property as well as always tried to find multiple homes within the same general area so as not to have us driving all over town. Tanya showed up to every property prepared to discuss the specific nuances of each. If we had a question that she was unable to answer she would call the listing agent at that moment so we would not have to wait. At each property she would ask what we like and disliked so as to better narrow down future showings. Tanya is a fantastic Agent but more than that she is a wonderful person and we look forward to future deals with her.

Tanya took the time to listen to what we were looking for and made every possible effort to provide us w options within our parameters. She was always readily available and more than happy to meet us at times that worked around our schedule. Not only is she knowledgeable, but her personality makes for a friendly and stress free experience.
