We moved from out of state, and had “boxes” we wanted to check in the house we were looking for. There were lots of credible realtors to choose from in the area, Tanya came very highly recommended. She drove hours for us in a tight market, just to show one house. Patience is a virtue she has plenty of, and even reminded us of our “boxes” and not to compromise. Not only did Tanya put in countless offers for us, most were done on very short notice/time frame. Did she let up? No. In a world that is all about the $, Tanya showed her character and values by working just as hard for our little house as she does no doubt for more profitable properties. I won’t have another realtor in Wisconsin.
