Tanya Van Blake-Coleman

I started my career in real estate in 2004, attained my broker's license in January 2008.Van Blake-Coleman Realty was established in 2010. My focus has been in residential sales with some experience in commercial. I am a qualified supplier of services for the Economic Development Authority (EDA) I have enjoyed serving on many committees including chairing the Professional Standards Committee and am currently serving on the National Housing and MLS Committees. I Served as the president of the St. Thomas Board of Realtors and I am the president for 2014 and 2015 of the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of Realtors. My involvement with Down Town Revitalization Inc,, a grass roots group, working to preserve historical sites and infuse new business and beauty into the heart of St. Thomas is both challenging and rewarding. I have been a member of the Historic Trust for some years and the Down Town Revitalization Inc.. My focus is to stay abreast of trends in real estate and what is going on within my community. I use my knowledge and experience to the benefit of my community, clients and customers.
