I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Ohio for over 29 years. I am currently licensed with Whittington Group Realty. With real estate being my passion, I ventured into the appraisal field working for the William Fall (Appraisal) Group in Toledo, Ohio. My appraisal experience allowed me to understand the process of evaluating properties which is a skill that has served my clients very well when assisting them to determine fair market value on their perspective purchases. I am also well-versed with investment property and I am a hands-on investment property professional having purchased and restored properties in my own portfolio.
You can find me listed in the Lucas County Probate Court Appraiser's list as a qualified court evaluator for real estate. My knowledge of the real estate market brings me many referrals and repeat customers for great consultation.
