Tara is amazing! She found us our dream home within a few days! She has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of and that we are getting a fair deal. She is very quick to respond when you call or text and is on the phone with you as soon as there is an update to talk about the next step. I don't think I would be able to survive purchasing a house without Tara! It is almost like she is buying the house too, that is how much she cares and how much effort she puts into it.

Tara is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about her clients and she is thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available houses and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market.
Tara is extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, she really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house even giving us ideas on how better utilize the space.
We felt lucky to find Tara.

My fiancé and I chose Tara to be our realtor when buying our first home. She held our hand during the whole process and was always available to answer any questions at any time, provided excellent feedback, made sure we were treated fairly and given all the options available. Contacting Palm Oasis Reality was the best thing that we did after having many issues with our previous management company. I have been renting at a property for the past four years. Anytime there is an issue, Tara is quick to respond. One time the microwave that is installed above the stove went out. It was going to be several days before a new one could be installed. Tara took a countertop one from her office and let me use it until the new one was installed. Above and beyond!

I’m not a typical review writer but when an owner of a company more than exceeds expectations, I feel it’s good to put it out there so others can benefit as well. In 2008, Tara Bolesta helped me through the process of acquiring two investment properties. She located exactly what I was looking for, handled the negotiations, and closed the transactions all while I was in Ohio. She scheduled and oversaw all contractors needed to prepare the properties for rent. By the time the prep work was completed, she had tenants ready to move in. To this day Tara has managed them for me without a hitch. This past November I decided it was time to sell. After the tenant moved out, Tara staged, made updates to, and sold one of my properties in record time. Now she’s preparing to list my second property. Tara Bolesta is THE hardest working, no nonsense realtor in the Sunshine State!!

I considered writing 2 reviews so I could give 10 stars. I know what substandard, inefficient property mgmt looks like, I've had the experience 6 times in 2 states. Tara/Palm Oasis is what superb, efficient property mgmt looks like. She has managed my long-term rentals to the point where they are as close to the ultimate goal of passive income as we could have hoped for. We receive consistently exceptional service, our experience with Tara/Palm Oasis has been phenomenal.
