Tara Buntin

Tara joined Ventana Fine Properties with Angels RE Group in 2012. She was born in Texas and moved to

Cave Creek in 1992. For the last 21 years, she has lived in Arizona – from Carefree, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Tucson, and back to Scottsdale. She is extremely familiar with most areas of the Valley and can assist you with your buying/selling/investing needs! Tara’s background includes a Business Marketing degree from WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. After College, she went into a Technology Sales position for 3 years. During that time, she was introduced to a Real Estate Group who was integrating their philanthropic goals with their business. Since Tara originally grew up in a Real Estate Savvy environment, it felt like the natural progression to jump into Real Estate, feet first, in 2010.

Tara is now a Sales Executive with Ventana Fine Properties and has been with Angels RE Group for 2 years. With the Angels, Tara is actively involved in her Charity, Angels on Patrol – Police and Community Helping Children and Families in Crisis. She was introduced to Angels Patrol by a childhood friend, in 2011. As soon as Tara heard about Angels on Patrol, she knew she had to become more involved. Just the name itself was enough to peek her interests. With family members in the Police Force, and a love for helping children, Angels on Patrol was the perfect charity for her to be involved in. Now Tara is an active Board Member, helping fill applications, raise funds, host events, and promote the organizations’ goal. Through their “You Refer, We Donate” campaign, Angels RE Group can give back to Angels on Patrol and other organizations throughout the Valley.

Tara enjoys collaborating with both buyers and sellers. Each new client is a new journey, whether she is helping a first-time home buyer find the home of their dreams, or an out-of-town investor looking for an income property. She prides herself in living the Platinum Rule – Treat others the way THEY want to be treated. Every client’s needs are important – regardless of what that need is. She holds true to her ethics and values, and always puts her client’s needs first. Tara understands her Fiduciary duty to her clients, always having their best interest in mind and going the extra mile to protect them. She has trust in her network of friends and family, who in turn choose Tara as their trusted advisor. Tara enjoys getting to know her clients, their family, and their interests, eventually becoming friends and staying connected long after the transaction is complete.

Buying and selling real estate is not a transactional sale, it is relationship based, and that is just one reason Tara loves the sales side of the real estate world.

In her spare time, Tara enjoys the Arizona sun, being outdoors, playing golf with her husband Scott, and swimming with their dog, Dakota. She loves spending time with her family including her mom and Dad here locally, her brother in Colorado, and Nieces/Nephews just around the corner!
